Very Berry Fruit Leather - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. berries of any variety
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar, honey or light corn syrup (may increase amount of sugar to taste)
Preparation
    Puree berries, lemon juice and sugar in a blender; strain to remove seeds.
    Prepare dehydrator tray with a light spray of nonstick cooking spray.
    Pour berry puree into prepared tray to approximately 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread puree with rubber spatula to evenly distribute.
    Dehydrate at 135\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours or longer, until puree is leathery, pliable and no longer tacky to touch.
