Aunt Agnes' Blackberry Brandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. berries
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. brandy
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    6 whole cloves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large jar.
    Invert daily until sugar dissolves (4 or 5 days).
    Store in cool, dark place 2 months.
    Strain and enjoy.
