Grilled Or Broiled Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) boneless round chuck or rump roast
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary leaves
    6 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
Preparation
    Place beef in shallow baking dish.
    Saute garlic in oil until golden.
    Blend in mustard, soy sauce, rosemary and vinegar.
    Pour sauce over meat.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.
    Turn occasionally.
    Place roast on cold broiler grid about 4 to 5 inches from heat.
