Salmon Loaf(Low Calorie, Low Sodium) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans salmon, drained
    3 c. whole wheat bread crumbs or crushed crackers
    1 c. skim milk
    3 tsp. no salt margarine
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well and form into loaf shape.
    Place in nonstick pan or spray with vegetable oil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Pepper to taste.
    Serves 4.
