Vira'S Potato Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Crisco
1 heaping tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 beaten eggs
7 c. flour
Preparation

Measure sugar, Crisco and salt into large bowl.
Add 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup mashed potatoes.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water and add to cooled mixture.
Add beaten eggs. Gradually add about 7 cups flour.
Mix well until dough is not sticky.
Turn onto floured board and knead until dough is satiny and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Cover and let dough rise until double.
Punch down and refrigerate until needed.
Mold into rolls and let rise until double in bulk.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly brown.
