Stovetop Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. mashed potatoes (made from instant mix)
    1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Preparation
    In a 10-inch oven-safe skillet, cook turkey, onion and chili powder over medium-high heat until turkey is cooked through and onion is tender, stirring to break up turkey.
    Stir in half the soup, the water and pepper.
    Bring to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
