Soft Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cut butter into flour until coarse crumbs.
    Add buttermilk. Knead lightly for 10 seconds.
    Roll out and cut.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes.
    Reheat in microwave very well.
