Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 slices white bread, crumbled
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cook in saucepan
    on top of stove on low heat or simmer until bread
    crumbs
    and\ttomatoes are free of lumps, stirring often. (Cover saucepan with lid.)\tTake off stove and pour in greased baking dish.
    Broil
    in
    oven
    until bubbly and brown. Keep check so it won't burn.
