1 c. Aunt Jemima self-rising cornmeal
1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. corn oil
1 3/4 c. buttermilk
