Chicken Pot Pie With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. fresh or thawed frozen peas
    1 c. carrots, cut into chunks and partially cooked
    1 small zucchini, quartered and diced
    1 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. unbleached flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked chicken, boned and diced
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until transparent.
    Add and cook gently until half tender the peas, carrots, zucchini, potatoes and parsley.
    Stir in
    the
    flour
    and the milk; cook and stir until thickened.\tTaste
    for
    seasoning.\tRemove from heat and add the chicken.
