Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    4 slices bacon
    2 eggs
    2 green onions, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut bacon into small pieces.
    Cook bacon slowly in skillet until crisp, then pour off drippings.
    Break eggs into pan and scramble.
    Add rice and mix thoroughly; let heat well.
    Mix in green onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Continue to cook until entire mixture is well heated.
    Makes 4 servings.
