Barbecue Sauce For 50 Servings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 10) can catsup
3 c. vinegar, cider
12 oz. sugar
4 oz. salt
4 oz. onion, grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour over meat.
Follow cooking directions for meat.
For cooked sauce, delete 1 cup vinegar; use 2 tablespoons salt and 4 ounces sugar.
The remaining ingredients stay the same.
Add 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce.
Combine all ingredients.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Baste meat with sauce during cooking.
