Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 small onion, diced
1 small mango, diced
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 can carrots (save water)
1 can peas (save water)
6 oz. noodles, cooked (save water)
1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Brown ground chuck, onion and mango.
Drain some of the fat off.
Save some fat to add to flour.
This will make a gravy in this recipe.
After adding flour to hamburger mixture and browning it, add your salt, garlic, carrots, peas, noodles and water. Simmer about 25 minutes on medium heat.
Stir often.
