Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pretzels (use food processor)
1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
1/3 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip
2 small pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. hot pineapple juice
2 1/2 pt. frozen sliced strawberries
2 small cans drained crushed pineapple
2 sliced bananas, sprinkled with fresh fruit
Preparation

Mix well the pretzels, oleo and 1/3 cup sugar. Put in 3-quart Pyrex long pan greased with butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cream together cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Dissolve strawberry jello in hot pineapple juice. Add sliced frozen strawberries and drained crushed pineapple and bananas. Pour over creamed mixture. Refrigerate.
