Hawaiian Loaf Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. each salt and baking soda
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple well.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar until smooth.
    Blend in vanilla.
    Beat in egg.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
    Stir in pineapple and nuts.
    Turn into greased 9-inch or two (7-inch) loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes for small pan, 70 minutes for larger pans.
    Cool on rack 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
    Cool overnight before slicing.
