Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and baking soda
    1 egg, beaten
    10 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
    1 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, cut in halves
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Make a well in the center of this flour mixture. Add the egg, orange juice and butter; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in cranberries and walnuts.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bread is golden brown on top and a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean (about 45 minutes).
    Turn out onto rack; let cool completely.

    Yields 1 loaf.
