Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey, browned and well seasoned with garlic salt, cumin and chili powder
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 ripe avocado, in chunks
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 can ripe olives, sliced
1 can kidney beans
1/3 lb. grated longhorn cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn chips, crushed
1 bottle mild taco sauce
1 bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation

Core, rinse and drain lettuce well.
Chop into bite sized pieces in a large bowl.
Add tomatoes, onions, olives, avocado, ground meat, kidney beans and grated cheese.
Mix dressing and taco sauce together and toss with salad.
Just before serving add corn chips, toss and serve.
Serves 6.
