Cabbage And Pork Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1/2 c. chicken or beef stock
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 slice of large onion
    1/2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. sugar
    pork sausages
Preparation
    Shred cabbage coarsely; place in saucepan with stock and salt. Saute onion in butter until limp.
    Add to cabbage; cover and cook slowly until cabbage is tender.
    Add sour cream.
    Blend in flour, white pepper, nutmeg and sugar.
    Heat.
    Serve with pork sausages, allowing 3 per serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
