Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bake pie crust.
Mix cocoa, sugar and flour together.
Add beaten egg yolks, milk and vanilla.
Cook in a saucepan until thickened.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and flavoring; beat well.
Spread on top and bake until golden brown.
