Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. prunes
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. Sweet 'N Low
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook raisins and prunes until tender.
    Dredge nuts, raisins and prunes in flour.
    Beat eggs and applesauce together.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
