Pat'S Picante Pintos(First Place Winner 1993 Fun Fest) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pinto beans
    1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
    4 large fresh tomatoes or 8 roma tomatoes, chopped
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    salt and black pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Wash pinto beans and begin cooking.
    Add bacon to beans.
    Use grease from bacon to cook onion slightly.
    When onion is cooked, add cilantro, jalapenos and tomato.
    Cook about 1 minute.
    Add to beans and continue cooking until beans are done.
    Add salt and black pepper to taste.
