Nanny'S Double Chocolate Mint Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 to 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cream together the butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, milk and peppermint.
    Beat with spoon until a nice smooth batter.
    Start to add the dry ingredients, leaving flour until last.
    Gradually add the flour until you get a very stiff batter.
    (Tip:
    The cheaper the margarine the more flour you have to use, otherwise your cookies will be flat.)
    Last of all, add the chocolate chips.
