Mattie'S Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    5 tsp. soda
    4 eggs or 1 c. egg substitute
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix
    Raisin
    Bran and sugar.
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk, then stir in bran and sugar. Makes 3 quarts.
    May be stored in refrigerator for a couple of weeks. Bake
    as
    you
    wish in lined muffin tins at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
