Sauerkraut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can drained sauerkraut
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. shredded carrots
2 or 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
smoked sausage, links or franks
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except sausages or franks into small bowl.
Let stand 1 hour or overnight for flavors to blend.
Serve with grilled smoked sausage or franks.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Good also with barbecue or fowl, holiday times or family gatherings.
