Easy Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
1 medium onion, sliced
1 rib celery, cut in 2-inch pieces
6 carrots, cut in thirds
4 potatoes, halved
1 (No. 2) can string beans
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Combine beef, onion, celery, carrots, potatoes and beans; place in an 11 x 7 x 2 1/2-inch casserole dish.
Combine tapioca, salt and sugar and sprinkle over meat and vegetables; add tomato juice.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
