Layered Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) refrigerated uncooked cheese tortellini
    2 c. shredded red cabbage
    6 c. torn spinach leaves
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1 (8 oz.) bottle reduced calorie Ranch dressing
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water.
    In a large flat salad bowl or 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer cabbage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes and green onion.
    Pour dressing over ingredients. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serves 8.
