Country Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. quick rise yeast
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. honey
    1 large egg
    about 4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    About 2 hours before serving or day ahead:
    In large bowl, combine salt, yeast, and whole wheat flour.
    In small saucepan, over low heat, heat 1 2/3 cups water until very warm (125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
