Baked Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Black Top pink salmon
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. black olives, sliced
    2 green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, reserving juice.
    Combine flaked salmon and liquid with all other ingredients except potato chips. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
    Top with chips. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until heated through.
