Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. cornbread mix, cooked as directed on pkg.
6 slices toasted bread
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 pinch baking soda
1 stick oleo
4 to 5 c. turkey broth
1/2 the chopped turkey giblets, cooked until very tender *

Preparation

*Save the other half for giblet gravy.
