Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    6 sprigs parsley
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes (3 1/2 c.)
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 bay leaves
    1 small onion
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 lb. lasagne noodles
Preparation
    First Step (Tomato Sauce):
    Chop 1 large onion, garlic and parsley fine and fry slightly in the hot olive oil or salad oil. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves, salt, pepper and water and stir until well mixed.
    Toss in the beef, breaking it up into little pieces with a fork or spoon.
    Cook over low heat 45 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
