Ritz Cracker Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. white chocolate
    1 c. peanut butter
    1 (16 oz.) box Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
    Spread peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers and then dip in melted chocolate.
    Place on waxed paper until chocolate hardens.
