Sausage And Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    3 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated (room temperature)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Bake on cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve warm. These may be frozen on a cookie sheet and then placed in plastic bags.
