Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. seasoned salt (or less, to taste)
Preparation
    Beat cheese with a fork until smooth.
    Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup of nuts, green pepper, onion and salt.
    Form into a ball and roll in remaining nuts.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. May garnish with pineapple rings, maraschino cherries and parsley.
