Caramel Bars - cooking recipe

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 small can Pet milk
1 (6 to 14 oz.) bag caramels
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts
3/4 c. butter
Preparation

Mix cake, butter and 1/3 cup milk (dry and thick).
Pat 1/2 mix into pan (9 x 13-inch); bake for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
