Zucchini Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium-large zucchini
    1 lb. fresh ground sausage
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. seasoned cracker crumbs
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    canned mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Wash and cut medium size potatoes in lengthwise wedges.
    Brush cut sides with beaten egg whites.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
