Hamburg Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg or ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms
noodles for 3 qt. casserole
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. Velveeta cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown meat and onion.
Add tomato juice and cheese.
Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
Add mushrooms.
Pour over noodles. Bake for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
