Katrina'S Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. Post healthy granola
    1 yellow cake mix
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 pan and stir in sugar.
    Arrange pineapple on sugar. Sprinkle with pineapple juice and 3/4 of the cereal.
    Prepare cake mix, stirring remaining cereal in mix.
    Pour cake into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Let cool 5 minutes.\tTurn over 1 minute before removing pan.
