Creole Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans
    1 large stalk celery
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat tomatoes to
    boiling
    in
    1
    quart saucepan.
    Stir remaining ingredients.
    Heat to boiling, separating beans with fork; reduce heat.\tCover
    and
    simmer until beans are tender, about 5 minutes.
    Makes 5 servings, 75 calories per serving.
