Potatoes La La - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese or mixed Parmesan and grated Swiss
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes well; grease with shortening.
    Put into 400\u00b0 oven and bake for 1 hour or until fork-tender.
    Split potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out into large bowl of electric mixer. Add all other ingredients except egg and beat until blended.
    Add egg and continue to beat until smooth and creamy.
    Fill 6 potato shell halves (discard remaining shells); sprinkle top of each potato half with additional grated cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
