Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 large Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough rolls (frozen; slice-and-bake kind)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a 13 x 9-inch ungreased baking dish, place 1/4-inch frozen slices of cookie dough (pat into a solid layer to cover bottom of pan).
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla until creamy.
Spoon over cookie dough in pan.
Pat another layer of 1/4-inch slices of dough onto cream cheese mixture.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes.
Check with toothpick.
Cool completely and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
Cut into squares.
Sift powdered sugar over tops.
