Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except rice, in pan. Cover and bring to a boil. Stir in rice.
    Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir.
    Makes 3 1/2 to 4 cups.
