Angel Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 c. White Lily self-rising flour
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. molasses
1 c. hot water
Preparation
-
Sift
dry
ingredients
into
a large mixing bowl.
Add shortening,
eggs
and molasses.
Mix together, then gradually add hot water and mix well.
Bake in well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake
40
minutes
at 350\u00b0.
Ice in same pan with Minute Caramel Icing.
