Pork Chops And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (I use canola)
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    12 oz. can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil. Drain.
    Transfer to slow cooker.
    In separate bowl, whisk together mushroom soup and evaporated milk until smooth.
    Pour over chops. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
    Yield: 8 servings.
