Bonnie Blair'S Lemon Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breast fillets
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lemon, sliced
1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/4 to 1/2 c. white wine
Preparation

Rinse chicken and pat dry.
Pound to flatten slightly.
Saute in butter in skillet until lightly browned.
Remove, reserving pan drippings.
Stack chicken domino-style in baking dish.
Place a lemon slice between each piece.
Cut cheese into 4-inch strips. Place 1 piece between each chicken breast.
Cover top with remaining cheese.
Add wine to reserved pan drippings.
Cook over medium heat until slightly reduced.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
