Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (undrained)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 mashed bananas
2 small pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water; add strawberries with juice, the drained pineapple and bananas.
Divide in half.
Pour half of mixture into Pyrex dish.
Refrigerate until firm.
Spread with sour cream which has been mixed with cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Chill for 30 minutes, then pour other half of Jell-O mixture over all and chill well.
