Special Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium roast (beef)
    4 cans mushroom soup
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    onions, cut in half
    carrots, peeled and cut
    red potatoes, peeled and halved
Preparation
    Combine roast, mushroom soup (rinse out each soup can with 4 ounces water) and add bouillon cubes.
    Bake 2 to 3 hours until almost done.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add onions.
    Cook 15 minutes. Add carrots and potatoes.
    Continue cooking for 1 hour or until carrots and potatoes are done.
