Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomato puree
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 lb. carton cottage cheese
    1 1/2 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in oil.
    Add meat and brown.
    Then add the sauces.
    I add garlic or any seasoning I so desire.
    Simmer for at least an hour.
    Arrange in dish:
    cooked lasagna noodles, cooked sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake until bubbly, about 1 hour.
