Rabbit With Potato Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, dressed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and stuff the rabbit.
    Sew up and place in a baking pan with strips of bacon over back of rabbit. Roast at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups water over the rabbit and bake for about 1 hour.
    Remove bacon and cook until brown.
