Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. zucchini, peeled and diced
6 onions, diced
2 red peppers, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1/3 c. salt
1 tray ice cubes
5 c. sugar
3 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
-
Combine zucchini, onions, red peppers, green peppers, salt and ice cubes.
Let stand for 3 hours.
Then squeeze and drain off all water.
