Dan'S London Broil - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large London broil
garlic powder
Lawry's seasoned salt
Accent meat tenderizer
fresh crushed black pepper
2 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation

Clean London broil with clear water.
Coat meat with oil. Sprinkle both sides liberally with Accent, garlic powder and Lawry's. Cover with fresh crushed black pepper until every piece of meat is peppered.
Marinate for at least 1 hour (4 hours recommended).
Heat grill (hot as it will get.)
Sear first side until well charred; turn and sear 2nd side the same.
Cook until preferred doneness.
Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing sections.
Cut the meat and slice into 1/8 inch strips (cut across the grain).
Pour juice from cutting board over cut meat.
Serve as soon as possible.
